Kitchen Architecture five-year part warranty

We offer a five-year limited warranty on your bulthaup, systemKA and Teddy Edwards kitchen, effective from the day of delivery. This warranty relates to defective materials and parts. It excludes lights, batteries and filter elements. Please ask your design manager for information about the terms of this warranty.

Kitchen Architecture two-year labour warranty

In addition to the bulthaup warranty, Kitchen Architecture provides a two-year warranty for labour.

Service fees outside two-year labour warranty

When your two-year labour warranty expires, we offer servicing on a hourly fee basis – please see below. To help reduce costs and avoid repeat visits, we may request photographs of the problem area (e.g. to enable us to obtain parts).

The following prices include VAT and apply for work within 30 miles of our design centres or within the M25 for London. For all servicing outside these areas, please contact us to discuss how best we can assist.
